摘 要:传统的双电源固态开关是以主备用电源同步为前提条件,无法保障两路独立电源供电。本文研究了一种基于dq变换和二阶广义积分器锁相技术的双电源固态切换开关切换控制方法,可实现主电源和备用电源非同步情况下快速和无冲击切换,可保证一类负荷的可靠稳定运行。通过二阶广义积分器提取非理想电网的基波正序分量,通过锁相和锁频得到精确的电网相位和频率信息,具有更好的电网适应性。根据入口电压和出口电流设计切换逻辑并计算切换角度,切换响应迅速且电压电流冲击较小。最后,搭建了380 V/5 kVA工程样机,验证了上述理论分析的正确性和方案的可行性。Traditional dual-power solid state transfer switches are based on synchronization of main and standby power sources,and cannot guarantee two independent power supplies.Research on the control method of non-synchronous dual-power solid-state switches is of great significance to ensure the stable operation of the key load.First,the second order generalized integrator is used to extract the fundamental positive sequence component of the non-ideal power grid,and the accurate power grid phase and frequency information is obtained through phase lock and frequency lock,which has better grid adaptability.Secondly,the switching logic is designed and the switching angle is calculated according to the inlet voltage and outlet current.The switching response is fast and the voltage and current impact is small.Finally,a 380V/5kVA engineering prototype was built,which verified the correctness of the above theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the scheme.
