摘 要:研究了用氯酸盐从杂铜阳极泥浸铜渣中氯化浸出金、钯、银、铅,考察了盐酸浓度、氯酸盐浓度、反应温度及时间对浸出的影响。结果表明:在盐酸浓度3.0 mol/L、氯酸钠质量浓度12 g/L、氯化钠加入量200 g/L、氯化钙加入量50 g/L、反应时间4 h、反应温度75℃条件下,金、钯、银、铅浸出率分别为98.92%、97.05%、97.84%和99.18%,浸出渣中锡质量分数63.5%。此法金属浸出效果较好,可用于从杂铜阳极泥浸铜渣中综合回收有价金属。Leaching of gold,palladium,silver and lead from leaching residue of copper anode mud using chlorate was investigated.The influence of hydrochloric acid concentration,chlorate concentration,reaction temperature and time on metals leaching was examined.The results show that under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 3.0 mol/L,sodium chlorate mass concentration of 12 g/L,sodium chloride usage of 200 g/L,calcium chloride usage of 50 g/L,reaction time of 4 h,and reaction temperature of 75℃,the leaching rates of gold,palladium,silver and lead are 98.92%,97.05%,97.84%and 99.18%,respectively.And the mass fraction of tin in the leaching residue is 63.5%.The method has good metal leaching effect and can be used to comprehensively recover valuable metals from copper anode mud.
