摘  要:研究了采用CTAB对天然膨润土进行改性制备出CTAB改性膨润土并用于从低浓度废水中吸附去除U(Ⅵ),考察了溶液pH、改性膨润土用量、吸附时间、初始U(Ⅵ)质量浓度、温度对改性膨润土吸附去除U(Ⅵ)的影响,借助SEM、FT-IR对吸附材料进行表征。结果表明:改性膨润土对U(Ⅵ)有较好去除效果,在pH=6.86、改性膨润土用量0.8 g/L、吸附时间355 min、U(Ⅵ)质量浓度10 mg/L、温度333.15 K条件下,U(Ⅵ)吸附去除率可达96.95%;吸附过程符合准二级动力学和Langmuir等温吸附模型,以化学吸附为主,単分子层吸附,最大吸附量为27.25 mg/g。CTAB was used to modify natural bentonite to prepare CTAB modified bentonite.The effects of solution pH,modified bentonite dosage,adsorption time,initial U(Ⅵ)mass concentration and temperature on the removal of U(Ⅵ)in wastewater were examined.The adsorption materials were characterized by SEM and FT-IR.The results show that the modified bentonite can remove U(Ⅵ)effectively.Under the conditions of pH=6.86,modified bentonite dosage of 0.8 g/L,adsorption time of 355 min,initial U(Ⅵ)mass concentration of 10 mg/L and temperature of 333.15 K,the maximum removal rate is 96.95%.The adsorption reaction conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetics and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model,and is dominated by chemical adsorption.The maximum adsorption capacity fitted by Langmuir equation is 27.25 mg/g.
