党史学习教育中师生心理相容探析

摘　　要：党史教育活动中师生之间心理相容表现在双方在目标、观点与情感三个方面形成和谐一致的心理状态。党史教育心理相容有利于构建师生互信、调动群体成员学习积极性以及发挥群体优势。通过增进感情、提升教师修养以及师生间有效沟通促进心理相容,达到更好的教学效果。The psychological compatibility between teachers and students in the educational activities of history of the Communist Party of China is manifested in the harmonious and consistent psychological state formed by both sides in three aspects:goal,viewpoint and emotion.Psychological compatibility of education about history of the Communist Party of China is beneficial to build mutual trust between teachers and students,mobilize the learning enthusiasm of group members and give play to group advantages.Through the promotion of emotion,the improvement of teachers'cultivation and effective communication between teachers and students,promote psychological compatibility,and achieve better teaching effect.
