摘　　要：在“一带一路”建设背景下,采矿工程专业人才的就业方向由面向国内到面向国外发展,人才培养目标也由应用型向复合型转变,因而复合型人才能力培养问题和课程体系建设亟待研究。针对这一问题,本文提出了复合型人才应该具备的几种能力,给出了培养每一种能力的具体措施及建议,同时为实现专业知识、专业技能、专业素养的综合提高,进一步提出复合型人才培养课程体系建设方案,并对课程体系中相关课程的落实提出具体措施。Under the background of"One belt and one road"construction,the employment orientation of mining engineering professionals has developed from domestic to foreign,the goal of personnel training has also changing from applied to complex.The foundation of personnel training is curriculum,Therefore,the ability training of compound talents and the construction of curriculum system need to be studied urgently.Aiming at this problem,this paper puts forward several abilities training needs of compound talents,and gives specific measures and suggestions for training ability.At the same time,in order to achieve the comprehensive improvement of professional knowledge,professional skills and professional quality,further put forward the construction scheme of compound talent training curriculum system,and put forward specific measures for the implementation of relevant courses in the curriculum system.
