摘　　要：粉煤灰是大宗工业固体废物,由于不能完全利用,我国每年有大量的粉煤灰堆存。在对粉煤灰利用相关的法律法规和政策文件、利用技术进行梳理的基础上,对粉煤灰的利用现状进行了分析。我国粉煤灰的利用率近年没有发生太大变化,在75%左右,利用方式以水泥、混凝土和建材深加工产品为主,筑路、回填等其他利用途径较少。建议拓宽我国粉煤灰在较为成熟的综合利用途径中的应用,加强粉煤灰高附加值技术研究,提升粉煤灰的综合利用水平。Fly ash is one of the bulk industrial solid waste in China.Due to its incomplete utilization,a large amount of fly ash is stacked every year in China.The laws,regulations,policy documents,utilization technology and utilization status of fly ash are analyzed.The utilization rate of fly ash in China changed a little in recent years,which is about 75%.The utilization methods focus on cement production,concrete production and deep-processing products of building materials,and other utilization methods,such as road construction,backfilling and so on,are relatively few.It is suggested to broaden the application of fly ash in more mature comprehensive utilization ways,strengthen the research on high value-added technology of fly ash,and improve the comprehensive utilization level of fly ash.
