摘 要:我国沿海有大量回淤港口,回淤造成泥面升高,使设计用于海水环境的牺牲阳极被动服役海泥环境中,影响牺牲阳极系统的使用效果和寿命。按现行标准规范和惯例,通常不考虑海泥中牺牲阳极的工作效能和泥面升高后钢结构保护电流需求量减少这两个因素,影响回淤环境牺牲阳极系统剩余寿命检测评估准确性。文中针对海洋回淤环境牺牲阳极系统,考虑回淤带来的综合影响,提出了一种准确性更高的剩余寿命检测评估方法,包括牺牲阳极有效净重获得、海泥掩埋牺牲阳极消耗率获取、钢结构所需维持保护电流取得和牺牲阳极系统剩余寿命计算4个步骤,并通过算例验证了检测评估方法的有效性。There are a large number of siltation ports along the coast of China.Mud level rise caused by siltation makes sacrificial anodes designed for seawater environment passively serve in sea mud environment,affecting service effectiveness and life of sacrificial anode system.Based on the current standards and customs,working efficiency of sacrificial anodes in sea mud and reduction in required maintenance protection currents of steel structures caused by mud level rises are usually not considered,which affects detection and assessment accuracy of remaining life for sacrificial anode system in marine siltation environment.Aiming at sacrificial anode system in marine siltation environment and considering the combined effects of siltation,a more accurate detection and assessment method of remaining life was proposed.The method consists of four steps:obtaining effective net weight of sacrificial anode,getting consumption rate of sacrificial anode buried in sea mud,gaining required maintenance protection current of steel structure,and calculating remaining life of sacrificial anode system.Subsequently,the effectiveness of the detection and assessment method is verified by an example.
