摘  要:以长江下游含泥量25.8%、细度模数0.1的A砂样和含泥量6.5%、细度模数0.3的B砂样为原料,掺入矿粉和粉煤灰替代部分水泥制备水泥基材料,研究对比2种疏浚砂水泥基材料的物理力学性能。试验表明,A、B 2种砂样制备水泥基材料的28 d抗压强度分别达到了31.2 MPa和38.3 MPa,劈裂抗拉强度分别达到了3.9 MPa和4.3 MPa,A、B砂样试件浸水强度分别为24.2 MPa和34.1 MPa,抗冲磨强度分别为9.5 h/(kg/m^(2))和12.5 h/(kg/m^(2)),具有较好的抗水侵蚀性能和抗冲磨性能,可用于替代普通C30混凝土就近应用于航道整治工程。研究为含泥量高、细度模数极小的疏浚砂建材化、资源化利用提供了参考和借鉴。Two kinds of dredged sand in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River were used as raw materials,including sand A with silt content of 25.8%,fineness modulus of 0.1 and sand B with silt content of 6.5%and fineness modulus of 0.3.The mortar was prepared by mixing mineral powder and fly ash instead of part of cement and the physical and mechanical properties of two kinds of dredged cement-based materials were compared.The test results show that,the 28 d compressive strength of mortar A and B reach 31.2 MPa and 38.3 MPa respectively,and the 28 d splitting tensile strength reaches 3.9 MPa and 4.3 MPa respectively.The water immersion strength of sand samples A and B are 24.2 MPa and 34.1MPa respectively,and the abrasion resistance of sand samples A and B are 9.5 h/(kg/m^(2))and 12.5 h/(kg/m^(2))respectively,which have good water erosion resistance and abrasion resistance,and can be used to replace C30 concrete for nearby waterway regulation projects.The study provides a reference for building materials and resource utilization of dredged sand with high silt content and small fineness modulus.
