摘　　要：深化自然资源有偿使用制度改革,推动自然资源要素市场化,建立自然资源市场体系是自然资源管理领域不断深化改革的必然要求。本文总结了我国矿业权交易平台建设进展及现状,分析存在的关键性问题,按照统一的公共资源交易平台建设目标以及自然资源管理体制改革要求,提出矿业权交易规则修订建议及完善矿业权交易平台建设的改革思路。With the deepening reform of natural resource management,it is necessary to establish a paid use system,realize the marketization of factors and establish a market system.This paper summarizes the progress and current situation of the construction of China’s mining rights trading platform and analyzes the key problems that exist.In accordance with the unified public resources trading platform construction goals and the requirements of the natural resources management system reform.Put forward proposals for the revision of mining rights trading rules and reform ideas to improve the construction of mining rights trading platform.
