摘　　要：尿素装置高压氨泵出口回流调节阀由于阀门前、后压差大、液氨产生的闪蒸腐蚀性强,苛刻的工况导致该阀阀内件冲刷严重,使用寿命短,且极易造成阀门内漏及小开度时喘振,使得阀门出现在高负荷时人为压手轮的情况,带来极大的安全风险,解决此回流阀小开度喘振问题对尿素装置的安全稳定运行尤为重要。Due to high pressure differential before and after the control valve,the serious corrosion on the valve caused by flashing gas of liquid ammonia,and the tough work condition causing serious scour on valve internals,the reflux control valve used in the high pressure ammonia pump in the urea plant had short life,leaked easily inside,and surged when at the small open position,making the operator to work on the handwheel manually when the valve was under high load,and exposed in safety hazard.Solving the problem of valve surge will be of the great importance to the safe and stable operation of the urea plant.
