摘　　要：为了延长转化炉管的寿命,根据转化炉的结构与工艺要求,对炉管的管理与操作进行了探讨,涉及温度、水碳比、催化剂、炉管日常维护与装置开停车等问题,并给出了相应的操作维护措施。In order to extend the life of the reformer tube,according to the reformer's requirements on structure and technics,the operation and management of the furnace tube are discussed,involving temperature,water-to-carbon ratio,catalysts,daily maintenance of the furnace tube,and the starting and shutting down of the device.The related maintenance measures were proposed.
