摘  要:借鉴以往合成氨装置脱碳系统工程设计及现场开车经验,通过对脱碳系统开车流程中的清洗、进液、钒化、导气等主要工序进行深入探析,同时结合脱碳系统开车及运行阶段存在的个别问题进行探讨,提出为满足装置开车及运行顺利实施的工艺设计优化及改造方案,以满足脱碳系统在实际运行过程中的可操作性和安全可靠性,进而确保装置的正常连续生产,提高企业的整体经济效益,并为后续脱碳系统设计提供一定工程经验。This paper discussed the commissioning process of decarbonization system,focusing mainly on rinsing,liquid feeding,vanadic oxide,and gas guiding,with reference to previous experience on engineering design and commissioning on site,and meanwhile presented the engineering optimization and reformation plan in combination with individual problems occurred during commissioning and operation to meet the operability and safety reliability of practical operation,and further more to ensure the normal and continuous production in order to enhance the total economic benefit of the enterprise,which will provide reference for subsequent engineering design.
