摘  要:单分散微球具有单分散性、比表面积大、可功能化等优点,是一种应用广泛的功能材料。分散聚合制备的单分散微球在同一体系下得到的尺寸有限,且第二单体的引入会导致粒径分布变宽。为了进一步增大粒径尺寸,以单分散聚苯乙烯微球为种子,采用两步溶胀法成功制备出大尺寸、可调控的多孔单分散交联聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯微球。通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜的表征,研究了实验条件对其单分散性的影响,同时探究了其溶胀机理。Monodisperse microspheres have the advantages of monodisperse,large specific surface area and functionalization,so they are widely used as functional materials.The size of the monodisperse microspheres prepared by dispersion polymerization is limited in the same system,and the introduction of the second monomer will lead to the broadening of the particle size distribution.To further increase the particle size,monodisperse polystyrene microspheres were used as seeds,and a two-step swelling method was used to successfully prepare large-size and controllable porous monodisperse crosslinked polystyrene-divinylbenzene microspheres.Through the characterization of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope,the influence of experimental conditions on its monodispersity was studied and the swelling mechanism was explored.
