摘　　要：从全球范围看,胃癌的发病率和死亡率均较高,已成为影响人类健康的重要问题之一。研究表明Wnt信号通路的激活和抑制与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关,而Wnt信号通路又受到诸多因素的影响。对Wnt信号通路与胃癌发生、发展的关系进行研究,有利于为胃癌的防治手段研究提供启示。本文就Wnt信号通路与胃癌发生、发展关系的研究进展作一综述。For global perspective,gastric cancer has a high incidence and mortality,and becomes one of the important issues affecting human health.Studies indicate that the activation and inhibition of Wnt signaling pathway are closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and Wnt signaling pathway is affected by many factors.Study on the relationship between Wnt signaling pathway and the occurrence and development of gastric cancer is helpful to provide enlightenments for the study on prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.This article reviewed the progress in research on relationship between Wnt signaling pathway and occurrence,development of gastric cancer.
