穴位贴敷联合呼吸功能锻炼在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合早期呼吸功能锻炼在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取在我院呼吸与危重症医学科接受治疗的AECOPD患者80例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各40例,对照组采用西医常规药物治疗,试验组在此基础上采用呼吸功能锻炼仪进行早期呼吸肌功能锻炼联合穴位贴敷,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能参数(FEV;、FVC)、改良呼吸困难指数(mMRC)、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试问卷(CAT)评分、圣乔治呼吸问卷评分量表(SGRQ)评分。结果:干预6周后,两组临床疗效、FEV;、FVC均优于干预前(P<0.05),且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组mMRC评分、CAT评分、SGRQ评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期呼吸功能训练联合穴位贴敷可有效改善AECOPD患者的肺功能,提高其运动能力和生活质量,值得进一步研究与应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of acupoint application combined with early respiratory function exercise in nursing care of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:80 AECOPD patients were selected in the respiratory and critical medical department of our hospital,The patients were divided into experimental group(n=40) and control group(n=40) by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional medicine of western medicine;On this basis,the experimental group used respiratory function exercise instrument for early respiratory muscle function exercise combined with acupoint application,the efficacy and pulmonary function parameters(FEV;,FVC),modified dyspnea index(mMRC),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test questionnaire(CAT),St.Ggeorge’s respiratory questionnaire score scale(SGRQ) of the two groups were compared.Results:After 6 weeks of intervention,the efficacy and FEV;,FVC of the two groups were better than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the experimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05);the mMRC score,CAT score and SGRQ score were lower than those before intervention in both groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early respiratory function training combined with acupoint application can effectively improve lung function of AECOPD patients,improving exercise and quality of life,which is worth further re search and application.
