苁蓉润肠丸治疗老年中风后气血亏虚型便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苁蓉润肠丸治疗老年中风后气血亏虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取老年中风后气血亏虚型便秘患者70例,并随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组给予服用苁蓉润肠丸,对照组给予服用乳果糖口服溶液,观察治疗前、治疗1个疗程、治疗2个疗程及随访1月时大便性状评分及排便困难程度评分,并评价临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗1个疗程、治疗2个疗程及随访1月时大便性状评分及排便困难程度评分均有显著性差异(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗1个疗程大便性状评分及排便困难程度评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗2个疗程、随访1月时大便性状评分及排便困难程度评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗2个疗程及随访1月时总有效率分别为90.91%、81.25%,高于对照组的78.79%、50.00%(P<0.05)。结论:与乳果糖口服溶液比较,苁蓉润肠丸治疗老年中风后气血亏虚型便秘短期疗效及远期疗效更佳。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Cistanche Runchang pills on constipation of Qi and blood deficiency after stroke in elderly patients.Methods:70 elderly patients with constipation due to deficiency of Qi and blood after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35) and control group(n=35).The treatment group was given Cistanche Runchang pills and the control group was given lactulose oral solution.The stool character score and defecation difficulty score were observed before treatment,one course of treatment,two courses of treatment and one month follow-up,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated.Results:Compared with those before treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in stool character score and defecation difficulty score after one course of treatment,two courses of treatment and one month of follow-up(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there were not significant differences in stool character score and defecation difficulty score after one course of treatment in the treatment group(P>0.05),while there were significant differences in scores after two courses of treatment and one month of follow-up(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group were 90.91% and 81.25% after two courses of treatment and one month of follow-up,while those of the control group were 78.79% and 50.00%,and there was significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with lactulose oral solution,the short-term and long-term effects of Cistanche Runchang pills on constipation of Qi and blood deficiency type after stroke are better.
