中国传统功法八段锦的临床康复研究进展

摘　　要：八段锦作为中国传统功法中的一种,至今已有千年的历史,是中华文化的瑰宝。它以中医学养生理论为基础,又结合了中国古代哲学思想,强调人与自然、人与社会的和平统一的整体观念,强调身心共调,以达到养生保健、调理疾病的功效。随着中医药学以及康复医学的发展,中国传统功法也受到了更多的关注,八段锦作为中医康复的一种重要手段,其功效不可忽略。本文详细介绍了八段锦的历史沿革以及现代临床医学主要研究方向(神经系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、肌肉骨骼系统疾病等),并对八段锦在临床康复中的应用提出设想,以期为临床八段锦的研究提供更多的参考。Ba Duan Jin,as one of the traditional Chinese exercises,has a history of thousands of years and is a treasure of Chinese culture.It is based on the traditional Chinese medicine health theory and combines ancient Chinese philosophical thoughts,emphasizing the overall concept of the peaceful unity of man and nature,man and society,and emphasizing the coordination of body and mind to achieve the effects of health care and disease regulation.With the development of Chinese medicine and rehabilitation medicine,Chinese medicine rehabilitation has gradually entered people’s vision.In recent years,Chinese medicine rehabilitation has also ushered in a boom of development.Chinese traditional exercises have also received more attention.Ba Duan Jin,as an important means of Chinese medicine rehabilitation,its effectiveness cannot be ignored.This article studies and details the history of Ba Duan Jin and the main research directions of modern clinical medicine(neurological system diseases,respiratory system diseases,cardiovascular system diseases,musculoskeletal system diseases,etc.) by referring to ancient books and literature search.The application of Ba Duan Jin in clinical rehabilitation is proposed to provide more reference for the re search of clinical Ba Duan Jin.
