摘　　要：目前在临床活动中通过筋膜学理论治疗疼痛性疾病越来越常见,且往往都会得到较好的治疗效果。随着筋膜学说理论不断地完善,其治疗疼痛性疾病的方法和种类越来越多。本文旨在于分析历年关于筋膜学与疼痛性疾病的文献,对筋膜学指导下治疗痛症的临床文献进行总结,凝练当前在运用筋膜学治疗疼痛性疾病的临床研究中存在的不足及今后研究的着重点。At present,it is more and more common to treat painful diseases through fasciology theory in clinical activities,and it often gets better therapeutic effect.With the continuous improvement of fascia theory,there are more and more methods and types for treating painful diseases.The purpose of this paper is to collect the articles about fasciology and painful diseases over the years,and to analyze and summarize the correlation between fasciology and pain,so as to put forward the shortcomings in the current clinical research of using fasciology to treat painful diseases and the key points for future research.
