摘　　要：艾灸疗法治疗胃肠疾病具有适应症广、疗效稳定的优势。通过整理分析近十年艾灸治疗胃肠疾病的相关文献,对艾灸治疗胃肠疾病的作用机制进行总结,分别从神经系统、肠道菌群、内源性代谢产物三个方面进行综述,以期为艾灸治疗胃肠疾病内在作用机制的进一步研究提供参考。Moxibustion therapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases has the advantages of wide indications and stable curative effect.By sorting out and analyzing the relevant literature on moxibustion treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in the past ten years,this paper summarized the action mechanism of moxibustion treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.In order to provide a reference for the further study of the internal mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,this paper reviewed the three aspects of nervous system,intestinal flora and endogenous metabolites.
