基于脊柱-骨盆平衡探讨屈髋屈膝按压法治疗骶髂关节错位验案一则

摘　　要：屈髋屈膝按压法是临床治疗骶髂关节前错位的强推荐手法。笔者导师在临床中发现经推拿手法结合屈髋屈膝按压法治疗后,患者脊柱-骨盆平衡得到纠正,远期临床疗效佳。Hip flexion and knee flexion compression is a strong recommended technique for anterior dislocation of sacroiliac joint. My tutor founds that after conventional massage combined with hip flexion and knee flexion compression, the patient’s spine-pelvis mechanical balance was corrected,and the long-term clinical effect is good.
