刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹验案举隅

摘　　要：带状疱疹为临床常见病和多发病。刺络拔罐治疗此病特别是其急性期疗效显著,为中医优势病种。本文论述了中西医对此病病因病机的认识、刺络拔罐疗法治疗此病的机理,并附临床治疗显效医案一则,及笔者对此病运用刺络拔罐疗法治疗的体会,望能使读者对此病及其治疗加深认识。Herpes zoster is a clinical common disease and frequently-occurring disease.The treatment of cupping with collateral prickling, especially in the acute stage.It is a advantaged kinds of disease of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper discusses the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, the mechanism of acupuncture and cupping therapy in treating this disease,also lists one effective case of treating herpes zoster by this treatment in the author’s clinical practice, and some of the author’s thinkings,in the hope that readers can deepen their understanding of this disease and its treatment.
