摘　　要：目的:探讨国内颈性高血压研究现状,挖掘研究热点及研究前沿,为今后研究提供参考。方法:通过检索中国知网中关于颈性高血压文献,利用CiteSpace可视化软件对该领域中研究现状、发展趋势和研究热点进行分析。结果:共计纳入208篇期刊文献,其中共有188位作者被纳入,以韦贵康、何宗宝、王慧凯等人为代表;共有154所研究机构被纳入,以广西中医学院骨伤科研究所、武警安徽省总队医院、滨州医学院附属医院为代表;共有351个关键词被纳入,出现频次最高的关键为颈性高血压。结论:颈性高血压发病机制研究及临床疗效观察研究是该领域内的研究重心,但近年研究热点已逐渐从理论机制探讨向临床研究转变;此外,颈性高血压研究领域总体发文量较少,且文章质量参差不齐,研究作者、研究机构间的合作关系较为局限,不同地域之间的作者、机构缺乏联系、交流,未来需要更多开展更多高质量、深层次、宽度广的研究。Objective: To explore the current status of cervical hypertension research in China, to explore research hotspots and research frontiers, and to provide references for future research. Methods: The current status of research, development trends and research hotspots in this field were analyzed by searching the literature on cervical hypertension in China Knowledge Network and using CiteSpace visualization software. Results: A total of 208 journal literatures were included, of which 188 authors were included, represented by Wei Guikang, He Zongbao and Wang Huikai;a total of154 research institutions were included, represented by the Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Anhui Armed Police Corps Hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College;a total of 351 keywords were included, and the key with the highest frequency was cervical hypertension. Conclusion: The research on the pathogenesis and clinical efficacy of Cervical Hypertension is the research focus in this field, but in recent years, the research hotspot has gradually changed from theoretical mechanism to clinical research;in addition, the overall number of articles published in the research field of Cervical Hypertension is small, and the quality of articles is uneven.The cooperative relationship between research authors and research institutions is relatively limited, and the authors and institutions in different regions lack contact and communication. More high-quality, deep-level and wide-ranging research is needed in the future.
