摘　　要：目的 研究十一酸睾酮胶丸和枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊联合治疗男性迟发性性腺功能减退症(LOH)的疗效及其对患者血清性激素的影响。方法 选择2020年5月至2021年5月东莞市人民医院收治的80例男性LOH患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗,观察组患者给予十一酸睾酮胶丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗3个月后血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、总睾酮(TT)等性激素水平、老年男性症状量表(AMS)评分、国际勃起功能(IIEF-5)评分、尿谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血糖(GLU)水平、肌酐(Cr)水平、总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)水平以及红细胞计数(RBC)。结果 治疗3个月后,两组患者的FSH、LH、E2水平较治疗前明显下降,且观察组较对照组明显更低,TT、P水平则较治疗前明显上升,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的性功能症状、心理症状、体能症状及总AMS评分均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IIEF-5评分均较治疗前明显上升,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的不良反应发生率为10.0%,明显低于对照组的35.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 十一酸睾酮胶丸联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗男性LOH不仅能有效改善患者的临床症状和血清性激素水平,还能明显降低AMS评分,提高IIEF-5评分,减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the efficacy of testosterone undecanoate capsules and clomiphene citrate capsules in the treatment of late-onset hypogonadism(LOH) in men and its effect on serum sex hormones in patients, and provide guidance for the clinical treatment of the patients. Methods Eighty male LOH patients admitted to Dongguan People’s Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with testosterone undecanoate capsules, and the observation group was treated with testosterone undecanoate capsules and clomiphene citrate capsules. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months. The changes in serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), prolactin(PRL), estradiol(E2), progesterone(P),total testosterone(TT) of sex hormones, the changes in the aging males’ symptoms scale(AMS) score and the international index of erectile function 5(IIEF-5) score, the changes in aspartate aminotransferase(GOT), alanine transaminase(ALT),blood glucose(GLU), creatinine(Cr), total prostate specific antigen(tPSA) levels and red blood cell count(RBC) before treatment and 3 months after treatment in two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the levels of FSH, LH, and E2 in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and the levels in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group;the levels of TT and P were significantly increased compared with those before treatment, and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the sexual function symptoms, psychological symptoms,physical symptoms, and total AMS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the scores in the observation group was significantly lower than thos
