摘 要:采用八元瓜环、凹凸棒黏土为双交联剂制备一种综合性能优异的羧甲基纤维素/丙烯酸/八元瓜环/凹凸棒黏土水凝胶(CMC/AA/CB[8]/ATP水凝胶),采用FT-IR、SEM技术对该凝胶结构进行表征,分析其溶胀规律,并对其力学性能以及吸附性能进行研究。结果表明:CMC与AA接枝共聚形成长链,CB[8]和ATP分别以氢键与AA结合形成致密的网络结构;CB[8]或ATP的单独加入增加了原水凝胶的弹性,其应变分别达到1800%和2300%,而CB[8]和ATP同时加入使CMC/AA/CB[8]/ATP水凝胶的抗拉强度达到了0.45 MPa;在酸性条件下,CMC/AA/CB[8]/ATP水凝胶的抗拉强度由0.45 MPa增加至1.0 MPa;其对亚甲基蓝染料的去除率可达到98.3%。该水凝胶有望成为工业染料废水处理的一种新型材料。A comprehensive carboxymethyl CMC/AA/CB[8]/ATP gel was prepared by using CB[8]and ATP gel as double crosslinker.The gel structure was characterized by FT-IR and SEM technology,analyzed its swelling laws,and studied its mechanical and adsorption properties.The results show that CMC copolymerizes with AA grafting to form a long chain,CB[8]and ATP bind to AA to form a dense network structure;the addition of CB[8]or ATP alone increases the primary hydrogel elastic,the strain reaches 1800%and 2300%,respectively,while the simultaneous addition of CB[8]and ATP brings CMC/AA/CB[8]/ATP gel to 0.45 MPa;under acidic conditions,the CMC/AA/CB[8]/ATP hydrogel increases from 0.45 MPa to 1.0 MPa;it can remove 98.3%.The hydrogel is expected to become a new material for industrial dye wastewater treatment.
