摘 要:混空轻烃燃气发生装置的工作原理是向装有液态轻烃燃料的储罐内鼓入空气,液态轻烃蒸发附着在空气泡表面形成混空燃气。对混空轻烃燃气发生装置的工艺流程进行模拟,确定空气流量、液态轻烃温度以及气化器内液位是混空燃气制气过程中最大的影响因素,轻烃体积分数随空气流量的增大而减小,随外界输入热量、液态轻烃流量的增大而增大。根据轻烃鼓泡制气过程传质及传热特性,确定轻烃鼓泡制气工艺过程的理论计算模型。通过理论计算与试验数据对比,误差小于15%,验证了混空燃气轻烃含量理论计算的可行性,在装置设计过程及制气过程中可依据理论公式精准调控轻烃体积分数。The working principle of the mixed air light hydrocarbon gas vaporizer is to blow air into the storage tank containing liquid light hydrocarbon fuel.The evaporated liquid light hydrocarbon is attached to the surface of the air bubble,and then a mixed gas is obtained.It determined that air flow rate,liquid light hydrocarbon temperature and the liquid level was the most important influencing factors in the mixed-air light hydrocarbon gas generator,which the process flow of mixed light hydrocarbon gas generating unit was simulated.The simulation results show that the volume fraction of light hydrocarbons decreases with the increase of air flow,and increases with the increase of external heat input and liquid light hydrocarbon flow.According to the characteristics of mass and heat transfer in the process of light hydrocarbon bubbling gas production,the theoretical calculation model of light hydrocarbon bubbling gas production process was determined.The feasibility of theoretical calculation of light hydrocarbon volume fraction in mixed-air gas was verified,through the comparison of theoretical calculation and experimental data.The volume fraction of light hydrocarbons can be precisely controlled according to theoretical formulas in the process of device design and gas production.
