摘  要:通过添加(B+Bi)复合助烧剂制备CaLaCo永磁铁氧体预烧料。对预烧料的晶体结构进行分析,发现添加复合助烧剂可以降低反应所需的预烧温度,提高饱和磁化强度(σ_(s)),晶粒间的粘连明显减少,并在烧结过程中抑制了主相和晶界相间成分的相互扩散,有利于提升M相成分间相互匹配的程度和相纯度,从而获得了更高的磁体性能。磁性能为:B_(r)=454 mT,H_(cb)=334 kA/m,H_(cj)=393 kA/m,(BH)_(max)=39.2 kJ/m3。By adding composite sintering additives B+Bi,the pre sintered material of CaLaCo ferrite was prepared.By analyzing the crystal structure of the pre sintered materials,it is found that the pre sintered temperature required is reduced,the saturation magnetization(σ_(s))is increased.And the adhesion between grains decreased obviously.The results show that the mutual movement of the main phase and grain boundary phase is restrained during the sintering process,which is conducive to improve the degree of matching of M phase components and the phase purity,and obtain higher magnet performance.The magnetic properties are as follow:B_(r)=454 mT,H_(cb)=334 kA/m,H_(cj)=393 kA/m,(BH)_(max)=39.2 kJ/m3.
