人工周期疗法治疗女性精神病合并药源性闭经的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究采用人工周期疗法治疗女性精神病合并药源性闭经的效果。方法:选择2019年1月至2020年12月南宁市第五人民医院收治的60例女性精神病合并药源性闭经患者作为研究对象。对这些患者均采用人工周期疗法进行治疗,然后比较治疗前后其月经量评分、子宫内膜的厚度及血清性激素的水平。结果:治疗后,60例患者的月经量评分和子宫内膜的厚度均高于治疗前,其血清促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)的水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用人工周期疗法治疗女性精神病合并药源性闭经的效果显著,能改善患者的性激素指标和子宫内膜的厚度,促进其月经周期的恢复。Objective:To study the effect of artificial cycle therapy on female psychosis complicated with drug-induced amenorrhea.Methods:A total of 60 female psychiatric patients with drug-induced amenorrhea admitted to The Fifth People’s Hospital of Nanning city from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were treated with artificial cycle therapy,and their menstrual volume scores,endometrial thickness,and serum sex hormone levels were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the menstrual volume score and endometrial thickness of 60 patients were higher than before treatment,and the serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)were lower than before treatment,the differences were statis tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Artificial cycle therapy has a significant effect on female psychosis complicated with drug-induced amenorrhea,which can improve the sex hormone index and endometrial thickness,and promote the recove ry of menstrual cycle.
