普外科手术后静脉自控镇痛中应用曲马多+小剂量纳洛酮的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨为接受普外科手术后的患者应用曲马多+小剂量纳洛酮进行静脉自控镇痛的效果。方法:抽取2020年1月至12月在广州开发区医院接受普外科择期手术的患者50例作为研究对象。按随机数表法将其分为甲组与乙组。为甲组患者采用曲马多进行术后静脉自控镇痛,为乙组患者采用曲马多+小剂量纳洛酮进行术后静脉自控镇痛。然后对比两组患者的镇痛效果。结果:在术后即刻、术后1 h、术后6 h,乙组患者的VAS评分均低于甲组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在术后24 h,两组患者的VAS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在进行静脉自控镇痛期间,乙组患者不良反应的发生率低于甲组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为接受普外科手术后的患者应用曲马多+小剂量纳洛酮进行静脉自控镇痛的效果较好,能有效地减轻其术后疼痛症状,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of tramadol+low-dose naloxone on intravenous controlled analgesia in patients undergoing general surgery.Methods:Fifty patients who received elective general surgery in Guangzhou Development Zone Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research object.They were divided into group A and group B by random table method.Patients in group A were treated with tramadol for postoperative intravenous controlled analgesia,and patients in group B were treated with tramadol+low-dose naloxone for postoperative intravenous controlled analgesia.Then the analgesic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:VAS score of group B was lower than group A immediately after surgery,1 h and 6 h after surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).24 h after surgery,there was no significant difference in VAS score between 2 groups(P>0.05).During intravenous controlled analgesia,the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was lower than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of tramadol+low-dose naloxone for intravenous controlled analgesia of patients after general surgery has a good effect,which can effectively relieve postoperative pain symptoms,and has a high safety.
