米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤联合宫外孕Ⅱ号方治疗异位妊娠的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨并研究用米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤联合宫外孕Ⅱ号方治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年6月东莞市茶山医院收治的80例异位妊娠患者作为试验对象。按照随机双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患者40例。对照组患者采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤进行治疗,观察组患者采用米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤联合宫外孕Ⅱ号方进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的临床疗效、血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)的水平及治疗后血β-HCG水平恢复正常的时间和妊娠包块消失的时间。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,观察组患者血β-HCG的水平低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血β-HCG水平恢复正常的时间和妊娠包块消失的时间均短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤联合宫外孕Ⅱ号方治疗异位妊娠的效果显著,能有效地促进患者妊娠包块的消失及血β-HCG水平的下降。Objective:To investigate the effect of mifepristone and methotrexate combined with ectopic pregnancyⅱprescription in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Dongguan Chashan Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as subjects.According to the randomized double-blind method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group were treated by mifepristone combined methotrexate treatment,observation group were treated by mifepristone and methotrexate combined ectopic pregnancyⅡtreatment,then compare the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients,blood beta human chorionic gonadotropin(beta HCG)levels and blood beta HCG levels back to normal after treatment time and the time of pregnancy bag piece disappear.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7 d after treatment,the level of bloodβ-HCG in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the time of bloodβ-HCG level returning to normal and the time of pregnancy mass disappearance in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ectopic pregnancy with mifepristone,methotrexate combined with ectopic pregnancyⅱprescription has a significant effect,which can effectively promote the disappearance of pregnancy mass and the decrease of bloodβ-HCG level.
