规范化护患沟通程序对神经外科重症监护室患者护理满意度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究规范化护患沟通程序对神经外科重症监护室护理满意度的影响,以便为神经外科重症监护室患者的护理干预提供理论指导。方法在2018年6月至2019年6月这个时间段中,选取我院收治的50例神经外科重症监护室患者作为本次研究的观察组,给予规范化护患沟通程序干预;同期选取我院收治的50例神经外科重症监护室患者作为本次研究的对照组,给予常规护理;对比两组护理效果。结果①和对照组(11例,占22.00%)相比,观察组(3例,占6.00%)在护理风险事件发生率方面的整体水平明显更低(P<0.05)。②护理前,两组研究对象的负面心理(焦虑和抑郁心理)、睡眠质量之间没有明显的差异性(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者的负面心理、睡眠质量均有明显的恢复,但观察组的恢复质量更为显著(P<0.05)。③护理前,两组患者的生命尊严量表评分差异无显著性表现(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者的生命尊严量表评分均有明显的提升,但观察组的生命尊严更好(P<0.05)。④护理前,两组患者的生活质量差异无显著性表现(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者的生活质量均有明显的提升,但观察组的生活质量更好(P<0.05)。⑤观察组(48例,占96.00%)相比对照组(39例,占78.00%)在护理满意度方面具有更为突出的成果(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科重症监护室患者中给予规范化护患沟通程序干预,能够有效的提高护理满意率,对护患关系进行显著改善,减少风险事故的发生情况,取得患者家属与患者的积极配合,促使患者尽早康复,预后效果较好,在临床上的应用价值较高。Objective To explore the impact of standardized nurse-patient communication procedures on the satisfaction of nursing in the neurosurgery intensive care unit,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the nursing intervention of patients in the neurosurgery intensive care unit.Methods During the time period from June 2018 to June 2019,50 neurosurgery intensive care unit patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group of this study,and standardized nurse-patient communication procedures were given intervention;50 neurosurgery patients admitted to our hospital were selected at the same time As the control group of this study,patients in the intensive care unit were given routine care;the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results(1)Compared with the control group(11 cases,accounting for 22.00%),the overall level of the incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group(3 cases,accounting for 6.00%)was significantly lower(P<0.05).(2)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the negative psychology(anxiety and depression)and sleep quality of the two groups of subjects(P>0.05).After nursing,the negative psychology and sleep quality of the two groups of patients All patients recovered significantly,but the quality of recovery in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).(3)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the dignity of life between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the life dignity of the patients in the two groups was significantly improved,but the life dignity of the observation group was better(P<0.05).(4)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups of patients sexual performance(P>0.05),after nursing,the quality of life of the two groups of patients were significantly improved,but the quality of life in the observation group was better(P<0.05).(5)the observation group(48 cases,accounting for 96.00%)compared with the control group(39 cases,accounting for 78.00%)had
