摘 要:目的关于血常规检验方法应用在缺铁性贫血患者诊断当中的价值分析。方法将2019年3月至2021年8月来我院开展血液检查的5000例患者作为研究对象,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,抽取患者的血液标本开展血常规检查。筛查其中存在的贫血患者,确定贫血患者的分型和病理情况,总结缺铁性贫血患者和其他类型贫血患者以及非贫血患者血常规检查方面存在的参数差异。结果①5000例患者检出贫血患者72例,占1.44%。②缺铁性贫血患者的血红蛋白水平(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)均明显低于非贫血者,红细胞分布宽度(RDW-CV)比非贫血者高,而Hb、RBC高于溶血性贫血、再生障碍性贫血和巨幼细胞性贫血,MCV、MCH明显低于溶血性贫血、再生障碍性贫血和巨幼细胞性贫血,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),RDW-CV与溶血性贫血、再生障碍性贫血和巨幼细胞性贫血之间无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缺铁性贫血属于临床上比较常见的一种贫血,这种贫血和非贫血者以及其他类型的贫血患者在血常规指标方面存在着一定的差异,所以实施可靠的血常规检查能有效的诊断和鉴别缺铁性贫血,为临床的诊断和治疗提供了科学的参考。Objective Analysis of the value of blood routine testing in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia.Methods All 5000 patients who came to our hospital for blood tests from March 2019 to August 2021 were taken as the research subjects,the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed,and blood samples were drawn from the patients for routine blood tests.Screen the patients with anemia,determine the types and pathological conditions of the patients with anemia,and summarize the differences in the parameters of blood routine examination between patients with iron deficiency anemia and other types of anemia and non-anemia patients.Results(1)72 cases of anemia were detected in 5000 patients,accounting for 1.44%.(2)The level of hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),and mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH)in patients with iron deficiency anemia were significantly Lower than non-anemia,red blood cell distribution width(RDW-CV)was higher than non-anemia,while Hb,RBC were higher than hemolytic anemia,aplastic anemia and megaloblastic anemia,MCV,MCH were significantly lower than hemolytic anemia,aplastic anemia and megaloblastic anemia,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between RDW-CV and hemolytic anemia,aplastic anemia and megaloblastic anemia,the difference was not statistically academic significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Iron deficiency anemia is a relatively common anemia in clinical practice.There are certain differences in blood routine indicators between this anemia and non-anemia patients and patients with other types of anemia.Therefore,the implementation of reliable blood routine tests can effectively diagnose and The identification of iron deficiency anemia provides a scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
