手术治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎的围手术期护理措施探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨急性化脓性阑尾炎围手术期护理措施。方法从2019年4月至2021年4月为研究起止时段,收集此3年间我院收治的80例急性化脓性阑尾炎手术病例,按入院顺序排序,前40例为观察组,后40例为普通组,普通组实施普通护理,观察组给予综合性围手术期护理,记录此80例患者术后并发症、住院时间、初次下床活动时间,使用调查表收集护理满意度,以生活质量评定量表(GQOLI-74)评估护理后生活质量,评比两组护理后焦虑及抑郁情况。结果与普通组比较,观察组并发症发生率更低,初次下床活动、住院时间更短,生活质量评分各维度(物质、社会、心理、躯体)评分更高(均P<0.05);护理满意度调查结果显示,观察组护理满意度较普通组显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性化脓性阑尾炎手术治疗期间,给予患者综合性围手术期护理较普通护理效果更佳,可控制并发症发生,加快患者康复出院,改善不良情绪并提高其生活质量,提升整体护理满意度,本次护理措施可为临床参考借鉴。Objective To explore perioperative nursing measures for acute suppurative appendicitis.Methods From April 2019 to April 2021 starting and ending time for research,collect the 3 years of our hospital 80 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis operation,according to admission order,the first 40 cases were in the observation group,and the latter 40 cases were in the general group,group of general ordinary nursing,observation group was given comprehensive perioperative nursing,records of the 80 patients of postoperative complications,hospitalization time,bed the first time,using questionnaire to collect the nursing satisfaction,to the quality of life rating scale(GQOLI-74)to evaluate the nursing quality of life,after comparison of two groups after nursing anxiety and depression.Results Compared with the ordinary group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,getting out of bed for the first time and hospitalization time were shorter,the scores of each dimension of quality of life(material,social,psychological,physical)were higher(all P<0.05);the results of the nursing satisfaction survey showed that the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the ordinary group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the surgical treatment of acute suppurative appendicitis,comprehensive perioperative nursing for patients is more effective than ordinary nursing,which can control the occurrence of complications,speed up the recovery and discharge of patients,improve the bad mood and improve their quality of life,and improve the overall nursing satisfaction.This nursing measure can be used for clinical reference.
