摘　　要：目的分析个性化护理应用于小儿肺炎支原体感染中的效果。方法本文共纳入84例研究对象,均为2019年8月至2021年8月来我院诊治的小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(常规护理,n=42)与研究组(个性化护理,n=42)。对比分析两组的症状改善情况及住院天数,观察两组的炎性因子水平以及肺功能指标,统计两组的依从性和不良反应。结果在气喘、肺部啰音、咳嗽以及发热消失天数与住院天数上,研究组短于对照组(P<0.05)。在肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))及最高呼气流速(PEF)上,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。在依从率上,相较于对照组,研究组明显更高(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率上,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理用于小儿肺炎支原体感染的效果良好,临床可进一步推广运用。Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 84 subjects were included in this study.They were children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021.They were divided into control group(routine nursing,n=42)and study group(personalized nursing,n=42).The symptom improvement and hospital stay of the two groups were compared and analyzed,the levels of inflammatory factors and pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were observed,and the compliance and adverse reactions of the two groups were counted.Results The days of disappearance of asthma,pulmonary rale,cough,fever and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study group was higher than the control group in vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))and maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF)(P<0.05).Serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the level in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing is effective in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,and can be further popularized in clinic.
