观察配合鼻窦内镜手术平稳渡过麻醉复苏期的护理要点

摘　　要：目的探究鼻窦内镜手术平稳渡过麻醉复苏期的护理措施。方法以鼻窦内镜手术患者为对象,共60例,开始时间是2020年9月,结束时间是2021年9月,分为对照组与试验组,每组各30例,试验组采用综合护理,对照组患者接受常规护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果对于不良事件发生率,试验组(6.67%)明显更低,与对照组(26.67%)比较,P<0.05。试验组术后苏醒时间(7.83±1.12)min,复苏室滞留时间(15.09±4.83)min;明显低于对照组术后苏醒时间(10.56±1.56)min,复苏室滞留时间(24.63±5.27)min,(t=4.1231,5.6232,P<0.05)。试验组术后1 min、术后5 min、术后10 min的心率、收缩压优于参照组,P<0.05。试验组患者护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分、舒适度评分优于参照组,P<0.05。结论鼻窦内镜手术患者在麻醉复苏期应用综合护理,有助于预防不良事件,稳定心率、血压,缩短术后恢复时间,改善舒适度,护理效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。Objective To explore the nursing measures for endoscopic sinus surgery to smoothly pass the resuscitation period of anesthesia.Methods A total of 60 patients with endoscopic sinus surgery were selected.The start time was September 2020 and the end time was September 2021.They were divided into a control group and a test group,each with 30 cases.The test group used comprehensive nursing,patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results For the incidence of adverse events,compared with the control group(26.67%),the test group(6.67%)was significantly lower,P<0.05.The postoperative wake-up time of the experimental group was(7.83±1.12)minute,and the retention time in the resuscitation room was(15.09±4.83)minute;significantly lower than the postoperative wake-up time of the control group was(10.56±1.56)minute,and the resuscitation room retention time was(24.63±5.27)minute.(t=4.1231,t=5.6232,P<0.05).The heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group at 1 minute,5 minute,and 10 minute after surgery were better than those of the reference group,P<0.05.The HAMA score,HAMD score and comfort score after nursing in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of comprehensive care during the period of anesthesia and resuscitation for patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery can help prevent adverse events,stabilize heart rate and blood pressure,shorten postoperative recovery time,improve comfort,and have significant nursing effects.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
