肝硬化合并自发性细菌性腹膜炎患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨肝硬化合并自发性细菌性腹膜炎患者的护理效果。方法选择2016年10月至2018年1月在本院就诊的88例肝硬化合并自发性细菌性腹膜炎患者,随机进行分组,每组44例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细护理,对比两组患者的心理健康状况、住院时间、护理满意度。结果观察组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的心理健康状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生存质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为肝硬化合并自发性细菌性腹膜炎患者进行精细护理,可有效缩短住院时间,缓解患者的不良情绪,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the nursing effect of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis.Methods A total of 88 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis treated in our hospital from October 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received meticulous nursing.The mental health status,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mental health status of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application meticulous nursing for the patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis,can effectively shorten the hospitalization time,alleviate patients'bad mood and improve nursing satisfaction.
