扬州匡时学会成立考略

摘　　要：创办于戊戌时期的扬州匡时学会,无疑是中国近代史上一个不应被忽视的学会。但由于史料的限制,目前,学界关于匡时学会的研究多语焉不详,且出现了“匡时学会”与“医时学会”的混乱表述。经初步考证发现:并非存在一个所谓的“医时学会”,应为“匡时学会”,成立时间为1898年9月16日,地址为扬州新胜街朝北石库门内,发起创办者为贾士骏、桂邦杰、汤浒北、李步周、蒋彭龄,其创会章程共有十二条。从其“缘起”与“章程”来看,扬州匡时学会集学会、图书馆、学堂于一体。Yangzhou Kuangshi Society,founded in the period of 1898,is undoubtedly a society that should not be ignored in modern Chinese history.However,due to the limitation of historical materials,the academic research on Kuangshi Society was vague,and there was confusion between Kuangshi Society and Medical Society.It is found in this paper that there is not a so-called“Yishi Society”,but a“Kuangshi Society”,founded on September 16,1898 and situated in North Shikumen of Yangzhou Xinsheng Street,whose founders were Jia Shijun,Gui Bangjie,Tang Hubei,Li Buzhou and Jiang Pengling,and there are twelve articles in its founding articles.From its origin and constitution,Yangzhou Kuangshi Society is a combination of society,library and school.
