摘 要:目前生产方式正在向市场和客户驱动的个性化定制方向进行转变,而快速高质量地换型在生产转换中至关重要。现行的快速更换模具的方法,明显缺少对换型操作人员的精准调度和操作流程的规划。利用头脑风暴法和时间测量法定义基准换模时间,通过进一步考虑操作人员的能力水平,基于最大完成时间和无优先级的原则建立相应模型,进一步缩短换模时间。该方法在某工业企业进行了验证,为产品快速换型提供了新的思路。At present,the production mode is changing to the personalized customization driven by the market and customers,and the rapid and high-quality transformation is very important in the production transformation.The current method of rapid mold replacement is obviously lack of precise scheduling and operation process planning for mold replacement operators.In this article,brainstorming method and time measurement method are used to define the baseline mold replacement time.By further considering the ability level of operators,the corresponding model is established based on the principle of maximum completion time and no priority to further shorten the mold replacement time.The method is verified in an industrial enterprise,which provides a new idea for rapid product changeover.
