摘  要:以一种具有混合流道的玄武岩纤维束蓄热体为研究对象,通过数值模拟,分析了纤维束器件群中纤维束排列方式和相邻纤维束间距对蓄热体传热性能的影响。结果表明:纤维束器件群中的纤维束在垂直于气体流动方向的间距为7.2 mm、平行于气体流动方向的间距为4.2 mm且按顺排排列时,玄武岩纤维束蓄热体可以获得较好传热效果;相比于陶瓷蜂窝蓄热体,在有效传热和较低压降的前提下,能使用较大的气体流速从而提升气体有效传热效率。The effects of fiber bundle arrangement and distance between adjacent fiber bundles in a fiber bundle group on the heat transfer performance of a basalt fiber bundle heat accumulator with mixed flow channels were analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the ideal heat transfer efficiency of the basalt fiber bundle heat accumulator can be obtained when the distance perpendicular to the gas flow direction between adjacent fiber bundles is 7.2 mm,the distance parallel to the gas flow direction is 4.2 mm and the fiber bundle group has an in-line arrangement.Compared with honeycomb ceramic heat accumulator,it is compatible with higher gas flow rate which can improve the gas effective heat transfer efficiency under the premise of effective heat transfer and lower pressure drop.
