摘 要:目前的空气悬架装配作业模式难以满足在线生产节拍,并且过程复杂,装配效率低下,存放过程中由于空气悬架气囊没有刚性,容易被挤压变形破损,导致返工更换空气悬架气囊。针对以上问题,论文采用空气悬架装配模块化理念,设计一体化工位器具来满足空气悬架分装-存储-转运需求,并且此工位器具可上下调节,满足不同空气悬架装配应用,使其实现一体化的目标,提高装配效率,降低装配劳动强度。结果显示,该设计能有效规避商用车空气悬架车型在装配过程中存在的风险。The current air suspension assembly operation mode is difficult to meet the online production schedule, and the process is complex and inefficient. During storage, the air suspension airbag is not rigid and is easily deformed and broken by extrusion, resulting in reworking and replacement of the air suspension airbag. In response to the above problems, the paper adopts the modular concept of air suspension assembly and designs an integrated workstation apparatus to meet the air suspension sub-assembly-storage-transfer requirements, and this workstation apparatus can be adjusted up and down to meet different air suspension assembly applications, so that it can achieve the goal of integration, improve assembly efficiency and reduce assembly labour intensity. The results show that the design is effective in avoiding the risks associated with the assembly process of commercial vehicle air suspension models.
