摘 要:汽车喷漆技术的不断发展提高了汽车漆面的保养效果,保障汽车的美观性。但在汽车喷漆处理过程中却常受到很多因素的影响,导致技术的应用存在一定的缺陷,对此需要根据汽车喷漆技术中的需求,对汽车喷漆技术调整与改进,满足汽车喷漆技术发展的要求。对此,文章围绕汽车喷漆处理展开论述,分析汽车喷漆以及有关工艺,针对漆膜存在的缺陷及原因进行探讨,提出有关的漆膜缺陷的预防与处理技术。The continuous development of automobile spray painting technology has further improved the maintenance effect of automobile paint surface and ensured the aesthetics of automobile. But in the process of automobile spray painting is often faced with many influencing factors, leading to the application of technology there are certain defects, which need to be based on the control requirements of automobile spray painting technology, timely adjustment and improvement of automobile spray painting technology, to meet the technical implementation requirements of the development of automobile spray painting technology. In this regard, this paper will focus on the automotive spray painting treatment, analysis of automotive spray painting and related processes, in view of the defects of the film and the reasons for the discussion, put forward the related film defects prevention and treatment technology.
