摘  要:从产品质量、运行效果和经济性三个方面海选反渗透膜元件性能指标,评价反渗透膜元件的质量优劣。首先通过相关性分析将相关性系数较大的指标删除以避免信息重复,然后通过主成分分析定量筛选出因子负载绝对值较大的指标以保证指标的显著性,同时通过理性分析将指标进行梳理,将重要的不可观测指标重新纳入指标体系中。最终建立了包含运行压力、脱盐率、温度、回收率、完整性、运行成本、膜通量、Zeta电位、膜寿命和卫生许可指标的反渗透膜元件性能评价体系,并应用该指标体系对浙江某水厂膜元件性能进行了验证评估。To evaluate the quality of reverse osmosis(RO)membrane elements from the product quality,operation effect and economic efficiency,and the performance indicators of RO membrane elements were evaluated.Firstly,the indicators with larger correlation coefficients were deleted through correlation analysis to avoid duplication of information.The indicators with large absolute value of factor load were then quantitatively screened out through principal component analysis to ensure the significance of the indicators,and at the same time the indicators were sorted out through rational analysis to re-incorporate important unobservable indicators into the system.Finally,the evaluation system of performance of membrane elements were established,including operating pressure,desalination rate,temperature,recovery rate,integrity,operating cost,membrane flux,Zeta potential,membrane life and sanitation permit,and was applied to verify and evaluate the RO membrane elements in a waterworks in Zhejiang province.
