摘 要:为探讨不同处理对黄樟硬枝扦插生根的影响,以1~2年生的黄樟组培苗枝条为材料,研究了插穗部位、基质类型、生长调节剂等因子对扦插生根的影响。结果表明,不同插穗部位和扦插基质对黄樟组培苗生根率、生根数和根长的影响差异达到显著水平。组培苗Ⅱ级插穗生根率最高,达91.11%,黄壤土中插穗生根率最高,为92.22%。不同浓度生根剂NAA和ABT对插穗生根具有显著促进作用,经100 mg·L^(-1) NAA+100 mg·L^(-1) ABT处理的插穗生根率最高,达92.22%。综上,采用组培苗顶芽以下第1~4个芽的茎段为插穗,以黄壤土为扦插基质,在100 mg·L^(-1)的NAA和ABT混合液中浸泡1 h,扦插生根效果最佳。The effects of cutting position,medium type,NAA and ABT concentration on rooting of Cinnamomum porrectum hardwood cuttings were studied by using 1 to 2 year-old tissue culture shoots of C.porrectum.The results showed that there were significant differences in rooting rate,rooting number and root length among different cutting positions and cutting media.The rooting rate of the second-class cuttings of tissue culture shoots was the highest(91.11%).The highest rooting rate of cuttings was 92.22%in yellow soil.The concentration of NAA and ABT could significantly promote the rooting rate,and the rooting rate with 100 mg·L^(-1) NAA+100 mg·L^(-1) ABT was the highest,reaching 92.22%.In conclusion,the best rooting effect was obtained by using the stem segments of the first to fourth buds of tissue culture seedlings as cuttings,using yellow soil as cutting medium and soaking in 100 mg·L^(-1) NAA and ABT mixture for 1 hour.
