摘　　要：阐述了香蕉纤维的组成、结构和性能。论述了香蕉纤维提取和脱胶工艺的研究进展,分析了各种工艺方法的利弊。介绍了香蕉纤维及其产品在各领域的开发应用现状,探讨了香蕉纤维的发展趋势。The composition,structure and performance of banana fiber were demonstrated.The research progress on the extraction and degumming process of banana fiber was discussed with analysis of the advantages and disadvantages concerning various methods.Furthermore,the development and application status of banana fiber and its products in various fields were introduced,and the development tendency of the banana fiber was discussed.
