摘  要:设备维护和适当的设备参数设置对制成的纤维性能有较大影响。研究表明,全牵伸丝(FDY)的质量和设备产量完全取决于牵伸比和卷绕速度等设备参数的设置。聚酰胺66(PA 66)在高速纺丝(高于5200 m/min)条件下能够制得高取向和高结晶的FDY;在速度为4000 m/min下纺制的长丝则被归类为预取向丝(POY),非常适合作为拉伸变形机的喂入原料。探讨了FDY机器加工时的设备参数设置问题。Maintenance and adequate machine settings have wide impact on the properties of the resultant yarn.Many times it was studied that the machine production and the quality of fully drawn yarn(FDY)have been totally dependent on the machine settings like draw ratio and winding speed.High-speed spinning of polyamide 66(PA 66)yarn at speeds greater than 5200 m/min produces high oriented and crystalline yarn which may be categorized as FDY and those filaments were spun at a speed of 4000 m/min can be categorized under partially oriented yarn(POY),which is highly suitable as a feed material for draw-texturing machines.This research mainly aimed to study the machine setting on the production of FDY machine.
