强捻精梳长绒棉纱及其纬编凉感面料的性能

摘　　要：选用强捻精梳长绒棉纱,将其与5.5 tex/32 F的Sorona拉伸变形丝(DTY)交织,开发纬编凉感面料。测试并分析了强捻精梳长绒棉纱的性能,以及面料的接触瞬间凉感性能和服用舒适性能。结果显示,强捻精梳长绒棉纱具有较好的强伸性能,毛羽较少,条干均匀;所得面料具有良好的瞬间接触凉感性能,并且强力和弹性回复性能好,手感柔软、透气性能好。The weft-knitted cool feeling fabric was developed by combed long-staple cotton yarn with strong twist and further interweaving with 5.5 tex/32 F Sorona draw textured yarn(DTY).The properties of strong twist combed long-staple cotton yarn,and the cool feeling preformance and the wearing comfort performance of its fabric were tested and analyzed.The results show that the strong twist combed long-staple cotton yarn has reasonable strength and elongation,less hairiness and better yarn evenness.The obtained fabric has good cool sensibility,good strength and elastic recovery,soft handle and good air permeability.
