摘 要:装配式结构存在大量叠合构件,而结合面处理是影响叠合构件整体性的关键因素.为研究结合面处理对装配式叠合试件剪切强度的影响,结合工程实际设计了结合面不同粗糙度处理工艺、不同脱空情况、不同清理情况的混凝土叠合试件,并进行剪切性能试验研究.结果表明:结合面是装配式叠合试件剪切受力的薄弱环节;高压水冲毛处理工艺优于人工拉毛、人工凿毛、自然振捣;结合面具有相同脱空面积时,脱空位置分散,剪切应力损失更大;结合面不清理和不润湿两种情况叠加使结合面剪切强度下降45%.There are a large number of composite members in prefabricated structures,and the treatment of joint surface is the key factor affecting the integrity of composite members.In order to study the influence of joint surface treatment on the shear strength of assembled composite specimens,combined with the engineering practice,the concrete composite specimens with different roughness treatment process,different void conditions and different cleaning conditions were designed,and the shear performance test was carried out.The results show that:the joint surface is the weak link of shear stress of assembled composite specimen;the high-pressure water roughening treatment process is better than manual roughening,manual chiseling and natural vibration;when the joint surface has the same void area,the void position is dispersed,and the shear stress loss is greater;when the joint surface is not cleaned and not wetted,the shear strength of the joint surface decreases by 45%.
