摘　　要：污水处理厂是水污染控制和水质净化的重要场所,也是生物气溶胶逸散的主要点源.作为一种包含多种生物物质、极易在空气中扩散传播的胶体物质,生物气溶胶的潜在致病风险已引起公众极大关注.内毒素是污水处理厂生物气溶胶中最为重要的致病因子之一.调研发现,众多污水处理厂生物气溶胶中内毒素的含量均已超出了职业健康标准限值,对厂内职工及周边居民的身体健康带来严重的潜在威胁.基于此,笔者通过分析已有研究结果,综述了污水处理厂生物气溶胶中内毒素样本的采集及分析方法,探究了其在暴露水平和致病症状层面的健康风险,阐释了不同控制方法对内毒素的削减效果,展望了未来关于污水处理厂生物气溶胶中内毒素的研究方向,为污水处理厂生物气溶胶中内毒素的污染控制提供科学依据.Wastewater treatment plant is an important place for water pollution control and water purification,and it is also the main point source of bioaerosols.As a kind of colloidal material which contains a variety of biological substances and is easy to be spread in the air,the potential pathogenic risk of bioaerosols has aroused great public concern.Endotoxin is one of the most important pathogenic factors in bioaerosols of wastewater treatment plant.It is found that the content of endotoxins in bioaerosols of many wastewater treatment plants has exceeded the limits of occupational health standards,which poses a serious potential threat to the health of workers and surrounding residents.Based on this problem,through the analysis of existing research results,this paper summarized the collection and analysis methods of endotoxin samples in bioaerosols of wastewater treatment plants,explored the health risks in the level of exposure and pathogenic symptoms,explained the reduction effect of different control methods on endotoxins,and looked forward to the future research direction of endotoxins in bioaerosols of wastewater treatment plants.The results of this study will lay a theoretical foundation for further understanding of the emission pattern of endotoxins in bioaerosols of wastewater treatment plants,and will also provide a scientific basis for the pollution control of endotoxins in bioaerosol of wastewater treatment plants.
