摘  要:针对某电池材料生产车间经机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)处理后富含无机盐和有机物的氯化钠母液(总盐量高达270000 mg/L,总有机碳(TOC)近1500 mg/L),对其进行单项技术和联合工艺处理,分析在高盐环境下有机物去除的效果.结果表明,分别经过酸碱调节法、H_(2)O_(2)氧化法、活性炭吸附法和CaO沉淀法四种单项技术处理之后,母液中TOC去除率分别为32.3%、37%、36%和11%;利用酸碱调节→Fenton氧化→CaO沉淀→Na_(2)CO_(3)软化→活性炭吸附的高级氧化联合工艺进行处理,母液中TOC由初始值1442mg/L降至117mg/L,去除率高达92%.Aiming at the mother liquor of sodium chloride(total salt up to 270 000 mg/L, total organic carbon(TOC) nearly1 500 mg/L) after mechanical vapor recompression(MVR) processing in the battery material production workshop, which is rich in inorganic salts and organic compounds, individual technologies and combined process treatment are carried out to mother liquor respectively.The removal effects of organic matter under high salinity environment are also analyzed. The results show that after four individual techniques are adopted to treatment, namely acid-base treatment, H;O;oxidation, activated carbon adsorption and CaO precipitation, the TOC removal rate in the mother liquor are 32.3%, 37%, 36% and 11%respectively;after the advanced oxidation combined process of acid-base-adjustment→Fenton oxidation →CaO precipitation→Na_(2)CO_(3) softening →activated carbon adsorption is used for treatment, the TOC in the mother liquor decreases from the initial value of 1 442 mg/L to 117 mg/L, and the removal rate reaches 92%.
