摘 要:目的对比分析Mindray BC5000Vet和Sysmex XN-1000Vb1全自动血细胞分析仪性能。方法采取我科动物(家猫和家狗)静脉血标本(乙二胺四乙酸二钾抗凝)1份,参照国际血液学标准化委员会相关规定,对Mindray BC5000Vet和Sysmex XN-1000Vb1全自动血细胞分析仪的白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血小板计数等5个项目进行批内、批间精密度、携带污染率、线性、白细胞分类准确性等指标分析比较,同时对18例确诊感染宠物的中性粒细胞计数与手工进行比较。结果Mindray BC5000Vet和Sysmex XN-1000Vb1全自动血细胞分析仪的批内、批间精密度和总精密度均符合美国临床检验法规要求;2台血细胞分析仪携带污染率均符合厂家允许范围要求,且线性均为良好;对于未感染家犬和家猫,Mindry BC5000Vet血细胞分析仪与Sysmex XN-1000Vb1血细胞分析仪白细胞分类结果与镜检结果一致性良好,但是对于感染的家猫和家犬在中性粒细胞计数方面Mindray BC5000Vet血细胞分析仪和Sysmex XN-1000Vb1与手工检测结果的相关系数分别为0.88和0.17。结论Mindray BC5000Vet与Sysmex XN-1000Vb1全自动血细胞分析仪的检测结果均精准、可靠,性能良好,其中Mindry BC5000Vet对于感染宠物中性粒细胞计数结果更加准确。Objective To compare and analyze the performance of the Mindray BC-5000 Vet and Sysmex XN-1000 VB1 automatic blood-cell analyzers. Methods One venous blood sample each from a domestic cat and dog was collected into tubes with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid dipotassium salt dihydrate(EDTA-K2) as an anticoagulant. The intra-and inter-batch precision, carrying contamination rate, and five blood quality parameters(i.e., leukocyte, erythrocyte, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and platelet count) of the BC-5000 Vet and XN-1000 Vb1 were assessed according to the relevant regulations of the International Committee for the Standardization of Hematology. The linearity and accuracy of both analyzers for leukocyte classification were compared and analyzed, and the neutrophil counts of 18 infected pets detected by these instruments were compared with those obtained by manual detection. Results The intra-batch, inter-batch, and total precision of the BC-5000 Vet and XN-1000 Vb1 met the requirements of the clinical inspection regulations of the United States of America. Both blood-cell analyzers revealed good linearity and contamination rates that were well within the manufacturers ′allowable range. The leukocyte classification results of the BC-5000 Vet and XN-1000 Vb1 hematology analyzers agreed well with the microscopic results for uninfected domestic dogs and cats. However, for infected domestic cats and dogs, the correlations between the BC-5000 Vet and XN-1000 Vb1 and the manual detection results were only 0.88 and 0.17, respectively. Conclusion The detection results of the BC-5000 Vet and XN-1000 Vb1 automatic blood-cell analyzers are accurate and reliable, and both systems show good performance. However,compared with the XN-1000 Vb1, the BC-5000 Vet yields more accurate neutrophil counts for infected pets.
