摘　　要：目的通过文献分析探讨近十年医疗联合(以下简称医联体)的研究热点、新兴领域及其动态变化趋势,为医联体下一步发展和实践提供参考意见。方法共纳入来源于2009—2019年中国知网的医联体相关文献1 218篇,使用CiteSpace软件绘制医联体研究作者、机构合作关系图谱,通过关键词分析获得研究热点、研究前沿及十年动态变化趋势。结果医联体作者多以团队合作方式进行研究,但机构间合作不紧密。医联体、紧密型医联体、信息化仍然是目前研究热点。研究前沿不断变化,互联网+医疗、绩效考核、管理机制、专科医联体、康复等成为2019年新兴领域。结论信息化建设、财务管理、绩效考核、康复、紧密型专科医联体建设等逐渐成为医联体研究中的前沿领域,但仍然需要更多的实证性研究。Objective To explore the hotspots, merging trend and the dynamic changing trend in recent 10 years through literature analysis, in order to provide references for further practice and development of health community. Methods 1 218 papers on health community in CNKI from 2009 to 2019 were analyzed. CiteSpace software was used to to draw co-authorship and co-institute network maps. Keywords were analyzed to determine the hotspots, merging areas and development trends in recent 10 years. Results The authors often cooperated to make research on health community, but the network of inter-institution research cooperation was loose. Health community, close health community and informationization were still hotspots in current research. Internet + medical, performance appraisal, management mechanism, specialized health community and rehabilitation have become identified merging trend in 2019. Conclusion Informatization construction, financial management, performance appraisal, and construction of close specialized health community have gradually become the frontier areas in the research of health community, and more empirical researches are necessary.
